Workshops
Our workshops are a great way to explore and play with clay without committing to a full class schedule. Attend by yourself or bring someone you want to get to know better and come ready to create. Our workshops range from one to three sessions and offer the opportunity to complete an introductory hand-building experience or an exciting wheel-throwing session
Workshops are for ages 16+ and include clay, firing and glazing. Space is limited therefore, pre-registration is required. All pieces will be ready for pick-up 3-5 weeks following the class date.
All of our workshops are BYOB friendly.
Pottery Wheel Throwing Workshop

Get a little dirty with us! No experience necessary, just come to the studio ready to create. Our skilled instructors will walk you through the basics of throwing on the pottery wheel. This is a fun and exciting intro for anyone looking to try something new!
This class is for ages 16+ and includes clay, firing and glazing of one piece of pottery per person. Additional pieces may be glazed and fired for a fee of $10 per piece.
Hand Built Travel Mug Workshop w/ Steady Hand Cafe

Create a custom mug out of clay slabs! Our skilled instructors will take you step by step to design and assemble your very own drinkware.
During this workshop you will practice texture printing on slabs then the molding clay into your travel coffee mug. Each participant will create one individualized mug and pick out a custom combination of glazes.

Planters and Spring Equinox Ritual with Sunshine Kate’s - SOLD OUT

Join BCP and Sunshine Kate’s on March 18th with the energy of the Spring Equinox for an evening dedicated to ritual.
As we travel through the wheel of the year and now open up to the energy of the Spring Equinox, it's a time for regeneration, renewal, growth and expansion in our lives.
And what better way to gather than in community and use our hands to create.
Rachel will lead us through the art of hand building a planter out of clay slabs.
Kate will lead us through a Spring Equinox ritual to honor this cyclical journey. We will explore a practice to release and exhale the energy of winter and then open up to embrace the creative and vibrant energy that Spring brings with her. We will plant our wildflower seeds with intentions as we embark into the blooms and vitality of Spring.
This class is for ages 16+ and price for the class includes clay, firing and glazing of your bowl. Space is limited therefore, preregistration is required.

We do not offer children’s classes. All participants must be 16+ to attend events.
