Workshops
Our workshops are a great way to explore and play with clay without committing to a full class schedule. Attend by yourself or bring someone you want to get to know better and come ready to create. Our workshops range from one to three sessions and offer the opportunity to complete an introductory hand-building experience or an exciting wheel-throwing session
Workshops are for ages 16+ and include clay, firing and glazing. Space is limited therefore, pre-registration is required. All pieces will be ready for pick-up 3-5 weeks following the class date.
All of our workshops are BYOB friendly.
Sgraffito Plate and Summer Solstice Workshop with Sunshine Kates’

Join Rachel and Kate for one of our cherished Wheel of the Year Pottery and Seasonal Workshop Gatherings.
Our skilled instructors will walk you through the basics of carving a unique sun into a hand built plate using traditional carving techniques referred to as Sgraffito. Each participant will receive approximately a 6-inch plate to carve and decorate. This is a fun and exciting intro for anyone looking to try something new!
The Summer Solstice is the peak of light and energy on the Wheel of the Year. It's the time of year filled with abundance in daylight, in the garden, and in energy. The days are longer, and our bodies naturally have more energy. t's represented by the element of fire. Fire brings about transformation, illumination and purification.
During our workshop, we'll explore a ritual to step into the season of Summer, illuminate our dreams and intentions for the new season ahead and offer reverence towards the closing portal of Spring.
You'll also take home a ritual to continue to tend to threshold of the Summer Solstice Portal.
This class is for ages 16+ and includes clay, firing and glazing of one piece of pottery per person.

Hand built Berry Bowl Workshop
Workshop Date: Wednesday 7/22

Create a custom designed berry bowl to wash your favorite fruits and veggies!
During this workshop you will practice texture printing on slabs and will mold the clay into you bowl form. Students will get to add decorative and functional elements like handles to their bowl. Once your piece has dried, we will drill holes into the bottoms of your bowls to allow the water to flow out and create the perfect berry bowl.
This class is for ages 16+ and price for the class includes clay, firing and glazing of your bowl. Space is limited therefore, pre-registration is required. All pieces will be ready for pick up 3-5 weeks following the class date.

We do not offer children’s classes. All participants must be 16+ to attend events.
